6 … having placed (7) before his eyes, as it were, the virtues of (the Buddhagod), the teacher, (he says:) || In the Devadatta (8) [tune] || (Having seated himself) through his own wisdom on the diamond throne, 7 … he has attained (9) (the state) of omniscience, having gained fame, the all-knowing one: gods …
